We would love to have as many regular attendees as possible present, please come, and please let others know about it. If you attend even one meeting a week on a fairly regular basis, you are a regular attendee

• What defines a quorum for the purposes of voting for a secretary?
• Approve the format for the new Newcomer Meeting
• We need an Intergroup Rep

Discuss each one, with motions and voting

New Business
• What do we do about secretaries who don’t step down but don’t show up?
