Guidelines for meeting – Roberts Rules of Order

Old Business

Security training on Tuesday
• You can lock the meeting if you need to
• We got some new insights on the regular bomber crew leader: he’s tech savvy; his parents are in AA; he likes to hit LA meetings; if you get him alone he’s very chatty

Onboarding training was pretty thorough
No other old business

New Business

Push commitments more if you need to
• ask specific individuals
• get people to cover something just for this meeting
• get regulars to help
• remind people that if labor is shared, everyone can hear the meeting

Newcomer meeting is doing well
Low attendance on weekend unless speakers bring people
• Feel free to spitball ideas on how to increase attendance

Secretaries can start the meeting a few minutes late at their discretion (please add to onboarding)
Reminder that you can ask good speakers if they have others they can recommend
Chris may do emergency elections for a Co-Secretary
• If anyone needs to do that, they can announce at the beginning of the meeting and end 5 minutes early and hold said elections after the prayer
• I believe we have guidelines for how to do elections

Next regular elections begin 6/17, please announce at all meetings starting 6/3

We voted to move the next Business Meeting to 7/5 so it’s after the elections
